This pack of Thomastik Jazz BeBop strings bundles up the second thickest set in the series. Gauged .013 to .053, these medium-light, hand-made roundwound strings sound brighter than conventional flatwounds and include a wound G string. They're also made of the same materials as Thomastik's Jazz Swing Series strings, meaning they pack the perfect amount of bite for BeBop-style jazz. Meanwhile, the thin round core and nickel winding help shape that authentic, rich sound.

The Thomastik BB113 Jazz BeBop Strings

The BB113 is a medium-light pack that includes .013 to .053 inch gauged strings for a fuller sound compared to thinner strings. Also, since each string has a round core, they're able to vibrate optimally in every direction, resulting in a more powerful overall tone. Two lengths of pure, relatively thick nickel are wrapped around the core so that the winding sits tighter and closer together for a more slick playing feel and reduced finger-noise.
